Hi Ian, Thanks for the reply. Actually, we created a ticket with Microsoft as per them it's a generic issue and not able to identify the item and it's fixed in version 10.0.14. We plan to upgrade pu40 v10.0.16 this week. I will observe and if still facing an issue I will recheck with Microsoft....
