Goodwill will discuss their process for planning upgrade to D365 from AX2009 and Envista will follow with how they addressed and identified issues and worked through the D365 upgrade process.

Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana

Jim Humphrey - Vice President, Commercial Services

Humphrey joined Goodwill in 2000 and leads Goodwill’s Commercial Services operations, helping to provide employment opportunities to individuals with limited vocational options while offering supply chain and other business services. Prior to joining Goodwill, he worked in supply chain management for Colgate-Palmolive in Jeffersonville, Indiana; Cambridge, Ohio; New York, New York; and Bangkok, Thailand.  Humphrey graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and is a member of Warehouse Education and Resource Council (WERC) and the Council of Supply Management Professionals (CSCMP). Outside of work, he and his wife reside in Hendricks County and enjoy spending time with their family. He is active in his church and enjoys coaching youth sports and all types of outdoor projects.


Jessica Murphy, Master Planner 

Jessica is the Master Planner at Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana. She has been with the company for 5 years. Previously, she worked in food manufacturing for 13 years between Kroger Manufacturing and Skjodt-Barrett LLC. Jessica's experience ranges from daily production, purchasing, production scheduling, inventory control, AX2009, and most recently upgrading to D365. She also has 6+ years in various other ERPs, including AS400. Jessica has her B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University. She is currently working on her Professional Certificate for AX Manufacturing. In Jessica's spare time, you can find her spending time with her husband and growing family of girls (ranging from 3.5-16 years old), and one lonely boy (1.5 years old.) Slowly becoming a chauffeur, you can find Jessica racing all over Indianapolis for soccer, roller derby, and swim lessons.

Dan Fite, Director of Business Development

Dan’s primary responsibility is product evangelist for Bluestar PLM the leading CAD/PDM/PLM connecting companies engineering and manufacturing teams via the Microsoft Dynamics AX native solution. Dan’s ERP experience spans more than 30 years with business systems including the last 20 years focusing on ERP and complementary applications. During his tenure with Dynamics AX Dan has focused on the Application Lifecycle Management with customers including acquisition, implementation, operation and optimization phases. Fite holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Middle Tennessee University.

TYLER KUBSCH, SR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS

Tyler joined enVista in October 2013 and brings over 10 years of IT consulting and sales experience. Tyler has managed client relationships within Enterprise Systems including ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and POS.  Prior to enVista, Tyler had 4 years of service at Diversey Partners, LLC and 1 year of service at Global Linking Solutions (GLS), where he served in multiple roles including head of the Partner Channel, Pre-Sales and Project Management. Tyler has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington, School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

STEVE GARY, VICE PRESIDENT - ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS

Steve Gary is a Vice President in enVista’s Enterprise & Technology Solutions Practice. Steve has over 41 years of experience in strategic planning, technology solutions, process optimization, organizational change and program/project management.  Prior to joining enVista, Steve was responsible for information technology at Brightpoint North America. He has held senior positions with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and other leading IT consulting organizations, managing corporate IT departments, local and regional consulting practices and international market offerings throughout his career. At all companies, Steve has focused on the optimization of business and technology to improve and optimize operations. He has lead large multi-discipline and multi-national initiatives for clients and internally. Steve has developed methodologies and practices around system development, change management and program/project management.
Steve has worked in a variety of industries including Retail, Direct-to-Consumer, Wholesale Distribution, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products, Chemical Manufacturing, Automotive, Produce, Government and Education.  Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University, Krannert School of Business. He is PMP certified and a former President and Board Member of the local CSCP chapter in Indianapolis.

TIM BANKS, SR. PRINCIPLE - ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS

Mr. Banks has over 25 years of business focusing on implementation of large-scale business systems.  Mr. Banks is a seasoned Financial Solution Architect with extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.  As a former Controller and Auditor, Mr. Banks understands business needs and strives to deliver solutions that meet the growing and changing needs of business. Mr. Banks works with many difference industries from Nonprofit to Manufacturing to Retail and ranging in size from small to large multi-company and multi-currency businesses.  Mr. Banks has worked with Finance, Trade and Logistics, Retail, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Projects, CRM, and Field Service.
