Hi All:

We have "Mobile Device Menu items" set up for picking operations on our mobile devices.

For the pick, our setup is "Directed by" = System Grouping, and "System Gouping Field" = WorkPoolID.

This results in warehouse workers being directed to pick inventory for the selected Workpool with the sorting criteria controlling the order that the worker performs the work in.

Mobile device takes the worker to the next location for picking - the configuration is worked as intended BUT the challenge we are facing is that warehouse workers are reporting an unacceptable lag after work is completed at one location. They have to wait for minutes before the mobile device directs them to the next pick location.

We will review the telemetry to understand the behavior. Also looking for shared experiences - anyone else seen this type of "performance" issue and any possible solves?

I have seen this successfully used without issue. Does the same behaviour replicate in the emulator (sysadmin using mi=action:whsworkexecute).

I guess it will but it would be worthwhile eliminating infrastructure.

I would consider asking Microsoft of you want to expedite a resolution!

I would be interested to hear the fix?
