  • 1.  Management Report opening reports with IE11

    I have a users who is using MR and her reports are opening with IE11 instead of Edge.  Users access MR through a Citrix Web configuration.  Funny thing is she is the only one with the issue which makes me think it's her laptop.  Curious if anyone else has experienced this behavior and how you resolved it?

    I haven't had this problem, but I would check the settings on the computer to see if IE is the default browser set. If it is simply change it.
