We have a couple users reporting this error but not all users when navigating to the customer invoice screen.  Both users are using Chrome.  This behavior started last week.  This is not a customized form.    Curious if anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi Mark,

I had one user getting an error like that when trying to navigate to a page and it was a personalization they had used on that screen.  Once I removed all personalization from that page, they could access it again.

Yes, I too have one user that getting this error when navigation to the Accounting Distributions page on a Pending Vendor Invoice using Chrome.  At first, she tried it on EDGE and was NOT gettting the error, but now she is getting it with EDGE.  Also, when she tries it on another computer using Chrome, she does not get the error.

I too tried deleting some usage data and the Standard View for that page (she did not have a "My View"), but that has not helped it.  We also tried clearing the cookies for all dyanamics sites in Chrome setting, to no avail.  Very frustrating and perplexing for sure.

EDIT: This does NOT repro in Incognito Chrome.

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi Mark,

We have also experienced that error with several of our users but was towards the end of use in our last version, 10.0.25, before updating to 10.0.29 in October. Our users were getting the error a lot when filtering fields in the On-hand list view. Clearing browser cache from either Chrome or Edge seemed to help initially but would creep back in. Clearing the user's Usage data and using an incognito window cut down the instances to almost null.

The only assurances we could give our users was that the issue was not replicating in the newer version that we were testing at the time. Plus investigation through LCS revealed similar conditions of transitioning to other pages popping the same error in even older versions but like us, MSFT confirms resolved through next version update. This issue also coincided with some users missing the 'Total this column' option for numeric columns on the same On-hand list page, and the way the page looked indicated visual deprecation that also corrected itself in the new version.
