    Good Day-
Earlier this year we enabled the new feature management for Transfer Order Cancellation. From my looking at this, if a transfer order is in a status of Shipped, but not received, the transfer order should be able to be cancelled through the transfer order history-cancel button. The cancel order but is grayed out and we are not able to use the functionality. Is there some other setting that needs to be updated to make this functionality fully functional?

    Hi Randy,

I've just started playing with this feature as well, but so far it's worked for any shipments I've attempted to cancel unless something has been registered on the receive side. Is it possible that anything has been registered but perhaps the receipt is not completed in your case?

It is still purely in shipped status. No registrations or receiving. I have it in our test environment and just rechecked it to make sure. Still no cancel button.

Hi Randy, What about if you click the Inventory button then "Transactions?" A line that has been registered would not show a quantity like your Transfer order history screen shows. It's possible something could have been Registered already there...

Thanks for the suggestion Andrew, but I am definitely not seeing anything registered.

And just for the record, the Cancel button is still grayed out.

I can't recall, but does the feature work only after shipment/load has been processed? I.e. is it possible the Transfer order inventory transaction has Shipped, but the Load/shipment are still in "Loaded" status and that's preventing it from being cancelled?
