Thank you to everyone who was able to attend Wednesday's User Group meeting on the Power Platform. We had another great turn out this time- and all three of those presentations were fantastic! Thank you to Alex Frederickson and Ron Larsen for your presentation on the Power Platform. I've posted their deck under the library for anyone who is interested in checking it out. Thank you also to Reid Evans from Result Stack (representing Cumberland Farms). We all enjoyed hearing about the Power BI journey Cumberland Farms took, including the pros, cons, challenges, pitfalls and successes of each of the different tactics. And last but not least, thank you to Tracy Gardner, Colleen Boen, Nicole Borofski and Geoff Smiley from W.B. Mason for sharing WB's story and upgrade path from 2009 to D365, as well as the demo of the wonderful Power BI dashboard W.B. customers get, and the driver delivery tracking- both great use cases for how Power BI can extend the functionality of AX beyond what exists out of the box, and a great example of what can be done with the unlimited licensing available for Power BI with the Premier Pro Licensing option. Thank you to Cathy Mullin and the folks at Cumberland Farms for hosting. The meeting space was excellent and so was the catering. Alison and I are both looking forward to seeing everyone again at our next meeting on Thursday January 30th. Please send us your topic suggestions & requests for that and other future meetings- we want to make the content as relevant as possible for everyone. See you all in January!
