warranty repairs is one of the revenue streams for our organization.
as of now we use another home grown system to track warranty repairs as service orders. I would like to track warranty requests in AX. Any suggestions? Has anyone used the service management module to track warranty? How about any standard functionality in CRM

I saw a demo of Red Maple's warranty solution a while back and it looked real good. I would check it out.
