FedEX Ship Manager and CanadaPost integration with D365FO

    Hi Everyone,

I need to integrate FedEX Ship Manager & CanadaPost to D365FO and make the tracking information automated by send the tracking number & shipping charge amount to D365FO.
We do not want to use a 3rd party interface to integrate the shipping carriers.

In Dynamics AX 2012 it was possible to integrate FedEx via ODBC maps, but it is not more the case with D365.
As an option I though to use REST web service to connect to FedEx server but I do not know if it is the right approach, also I do not know which entity to use to write out in D365 the tracking number and the shipping charge amount.

I'm wondering if anyone did the FedEx  integration with D365 and if possible to share how was done.
Any ideas, higher level steps or links referred to this subject it will be greatly appreciated.

    Best regards,
    Valeriu

    Hi Valeriu,

you have to use ShipGuru with your D365 FO and configure it with your FedEx / Ups account... it is very friendly to use

    Thanks

    Hi Ismail
Thanks for sharing about ShipGuru. I didn't know about it. On my last project we did an extension for customer to do Fedex integration to print the label and save tracking number to packing slip so this is good to know about.
