Mark is correct. The best way to find reservations without searching line by line through sales orders, production orders, transfer orders, which could take a lifetime (feels like it) is to use the inventory transactions. Here you can easily find out where the items are reserved. Very few people take the time to learn to walk the transactin table, but it is the secret key to troubleshooting Dynamics. There are some good articles out there that cover the inventory transactions, I suggest you look for a few of them, understanding this will help you tremendously. Way back in 2004 2005 when I started the advice I was given wqas to learn to read and understand tranwsactions, I took that advice and it has served me well over these years.

Hi Shawna,
You can see the physical reservations by going to the item record -> Manage Stock -> Transactions. From here you can see the "reserved physical" lines and the related SO transactions. To remove the reservation you have to go to the related SO then on the SO line go to Stock ->> Reservation and set it to zero.

Is there a way to determine where a Physical Reservation is and is there a way to clear it?
