    Good day everyone

    We have a case where we went live with Revenue Recognition. A sales order that was done before we went live with Rev Rec. A credit line was added to the sales order after we went live with Rev Rec. A schedule was not apply to the order and it seems to "stuck" for lack of a better term. Revenue Inquiry shows the order but is missing important information. We added the schedule information on the order my it is not feed into anything else.

    I know this may be a one off situation. I was just wondering if anyone ran into this and how it was resolved.
