We process an EFT Payment journal, and send information the the bank.
The payment is not posted yet. But we received a bank confirmation, and there is an error in one of the payment line (vendor bank acount not good). Apparently all other payments were processed by the bank. What's the best business process to manage the Payment journal with the error?

If you used the D365 functionality to generate the payment file to the bank, all your payment lines now have the payment status = Sent

If one line got rejected by the bank, change the status of the failed line from "Sent" to "Rejected" (using the "Payment Status" menu option).
Now, assuming you configured your EFT Method of Payment correctly (Status = Sent) you can either:
    1. delete the rejected line manually, and post the rest of the journals.
    2. Use the "Post and Transfer" option, which will post all the "sent" line, and copy the "rejected" line into a newly created journal.
