I'm helping a client convert to Dynamics 365 and now researching the print management function. I have installed DRA and I've been trying to generate two customer statements in the same time to the PDF destination and the printer destination. I've tried running a multitude of different scenarios changing up the background options and how the account numbers are entered into the criteria box under the filter options. The job just will not run. I've had no trouble with the PDF and printer destinations generating just one customer statement. My client will be running close to 1,000 customer statements on a monthly basis once the conversion is finalized.
Also, once a customer statement job has run in batch mode, where do the statements land in Dynamics 365 other than the print archive (if that is selected)? I'm aware of the Document Routing Status under the "Common" module, but there is no option to print a statement from there.
And how do you delete a job from DRA after it's been sent to the printer, if that's needed?
