    We recently setup rebate agreements and offered rebates to a set of customers with start and end date which has been working with no problem.
    The program started on March 1, 2020 and will end June 2020.   We used the rebate customer group to group the specific set of customers.  Since March 1st we added several new customers to the rebate program and we added them to the rebate group.   We are allowing them to get the rebates for sales orders placed since March 1st however, I am not sure how we can pro-rate the rebate to calculate and accrue the rebates for earlier sales orders.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or have experienced similar scenario?
