Hi,
We have trade agreements set up for parts that we make with the individual price changing depending on how many the customer orders - e.g.
0 to 200 parts - £2.94 per part
201 to 400 parts - £2.69 per part
401 to 2500 parts - £2.62 per part
This is all setup and we are happy with it. My question is, we can have a customer who will order 1500 parts at £2.62 but will want them at 300 per month over 5 months. When we enter the 5 sales order lines onto the system the price comes through at £2.69 as we are creating a line for 300. We work in a busy office and sometimes the person putting the orders on miss the price anomaly and this then has to be sorted by the finance team further down the line.
Is there anyway that the trade agreement can be setup to take out the possibility of human error.
Thanks in advance
