I am looking for information for training and best uses of TMS in D365.  We presently use bare bones null routes and have very little set up in TMS and one of my goals is to explore and use the functionality for my business.

Suggestions on training, setup and hardships are appreciated.

    Hi William,

We provide huge spectrum of training for our customers.  The approach that we have is unique because our training is conducted in the form of a boot camp.  Our trainers are not just theoretical trainers they are our senior technical and functional team members that travel onsite (by the way the cost is the same regardless if you have 1-person training or 50 since it is all hourly rate plus expenses).   So, the trainer connects to your test environment, so does the rest of the team.  During the training there is an element of a lecture plus hands on exercises and the trainer walks around the room and makes sure that everyone is following the program.

    Good morning William.

You will have to excuse me - I am new to the forum and have only just seen this post today.

We do have access to a very short introductory online course (Introduction to Transportation Management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations (81124)). This is less than one hour duration, plus we offer free support around any of the concepts raised in the materials.

Please let me know if the requirement is still needed and also if the above would be of value to you.

    Best regards,
