D365 Itemized Expenses Approval

    ​Hi,

    Just wondered if anyone know had any information as to why itemized expenses behaved differently within the approval Workflow and specifically the mobile application.

    It seems to split the expense out at an itemized level, instead of the standard line level approval we have in place, and in turn making the assigned user approve each separate itemization.

    This is having a knock on effect of the user not being to approval any itemized expenses via the mobile application.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Thomas,

    Can you please offer more details of why the user is not being to approved to any itemized expenses via the mobile application?
     
    - The approval Workflow takes longer to process and is more difficult.
    - The system does not take into account the itemized level.
    - The application shows some error message.
