Hi Mohammad,
It sounds like you're running Retail and posting the Retail Statements, which are not updating net requirements in MRP. We need a little bit more information on this. I'm assuming you're running 2012, but what CU? You don't always see the item transactions in the retail setup. I'm assuming you're running net requirements after statements are calculated and posted? Have you been able to isolate this to specific items or is it across the board?
There are some better tools in D365 to find and correct issues in Retail Transactions
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/retail/valid-checker. I think you'll get some better feedback if you can provide a few more details on the process and version.
Thanks,
Kim

Subject: Incorrect MRP calculations
We have an issue with MRP calculations.
In the net-requirement of an item, there are several records as statements which do not exist in item's transactions.
These statements are already posted and changed to sales orders but they are not updated in the net-requirements. So, the MRP calculations are not reliable since the on-hand is not updated.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated
