Incorrect MRP calculations

We have an issue with MRP calculations.
In the net-requirement of an item, there are several records as statements which do not exist in item's transactions.
These statements are already posted and changed to sales orders but they are not updated in the net-requirements. So, the MRP calculations are not reliable since the on-hand is not updated.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated

Can you provide more details?  I'm not familiar with the term "statements" with respect to sales orders.  I suspect it may be a different label applied to something I might understand, but I don't know.  Some screen shots showing the lines that should or should not be there would be useful.

    Hi Mohammad,
It sounds like you're running Retail and posting the Retail Statements, which are not updating net requirements in MRP. We need a little bit more information on this. I'm assuming you're running 2012, but what CU? You don't always see the item transactions in the retail setup. I'm assuming you're running net requirements after statements are calculated and posted? Have you been able to isolate this to specific items or is it across the board?
There are some better tools in D365 to find and correct issues in Retail Transactions https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/retail/valid-checker. I think you'll get some better feedback if you can provide a few more details on the process and version.
    Thanks,
    Kim

    Hello Kim,

You are right, we are running Retail. We are running 2012 R3 CU13. I am running MRP when the statements are calculated and posted.
Actually when I run MRP per Item from the Net-Requirement form, the calculations are correct and everything is OK. However, when the MRP job is run automatically everyday, some statements appear in the Net-Requirement that are already posted. Does it depend on from where (Net-Requirement form or Automatic job) we run master planning?

Could it be due to cache issues?
