    Good Day,

Is there a standard report in AX that indicates which purchase orders are in a registered status and not received.

The version we are on is AX 2012 R3 CU12 and CU13.  This is due to different entities.

The accrued purchases report indicates which purchase orders have been received.

It would be useful to run a report on registered purchase orders only.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Erica,

I am not aware of any standard report that does this.  Building one off of InventTrans where StatusReceipt::Registered should be straightforward.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Thank you for the response.  Yes, I had a look into that, however, the purchase order number did not reflect in this table.

    Hi Erica,

    Try Something like:

    Select top 10
       IT.ItemId, IT.InventDimId, IT.StatusReceipt, IT.StatusIssue, IT.Qty,
       ITO.ReferenceCategory, ITO.ReferenceId
    From InventTrans As IT
Inner Join InventTransOrigin As ITO On ITO.RecId = IT.InventTransOrigin
    Where IT.StatusReceipt In ( 3 ) -- 3 for Registered
    And ITO.ReferenceCategory In ( 3 ) -- 3 for Purchase Order

The Purchase Order will be in the ITO.ReferenceId field

    Thanks,
    Barclay

I work on the purchase orders every day.

The best report I have found for past due purchase orders is the BackOrder lines report on the Procurement & Sourcing page, under Inquiries, purchase orders.

This helps me calculate how quickly we are getting our shipments. It has been a very useful tool.

    I hope this helps!!

    Hi,

Thank you.  I will have a look into this to see if this accounts for registered purchase orders only.

    Greatly appreciate the correspondence.

The Backorder purchase lines details inquiry, which has already been mentioned, can be coaxed in to providing what you want. If you set it to Inventory transactions view, you can change the filter on the Receipt status field to Registered. This will give you the list of PO Lines that you are looking for.

    Hi,

Yes, thank you.  I have been shown by a very helpful colleague that the inventory transactions can be filtered according to the registered products.

This can be saved to a cue that can be used on a daily basis.

Thank you everyone for the helpful insight.
