    Good Morning.  I was asked by a member of our training team to post the attached message/screenshots in hopes of solving a current issue.  Any help provided is greatly appreciated.

    so there are a number of things that could cause it to show up, but basically there is an incomplete transaction somewhere, not meaning you did anything wrong, but something blipped while you were doing it is what I usually find. Have you ran a consistency check on that item in the inventory files. you can run this from System administration-->Database-->consistency check. Then in modules choose inventory management then choose item and then onhand and inventory transactions. you can run it in check or fix  this should help solve the issue you are having, one thing to note, narrow your selections down as consistency checks can run a long time, I also suggest you do it during a quiet time in your system, like at the end of the business day or a weekend, etc.
