    Hi Richard,

I'd like to resurrect this question.  We are exploring this functionality as well and are similarly seeing no Batch Job or execution of the scheduled job.  We setup the job yesterday, what is the magic to get D365 to create the Batch Job.  We are also surprised that there is not an option to select a Batch Group during the setup.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Mark,

There is a batch job called Process Automation Polling System Job.  I found it in the Batch Job list located at System Administration > Inquiries > Batch Jobs.  The batch job should have a status of Waiting for the Process Automation to work.  Mine is working.

Perfect.  Thanks so much.  I think this will be a handy thread for the future users of this functionality.

We completed our initial testing of the vendor payment proposal automation and it looks very promising.  One slight improvement that would be nice to see is that all journals are created with a generic "Vendor payment journal" as the description.  It would be much more useful if the description came from the batch job description.  We will be scheduling several jobs for payment to different vendor groups and different purposes.  As designed the users will have to hunt for the payment journal that they care about.
