    Hi,

Current Version:  Dynamics 365 Finance 10.0.6

I've created an entity on table AssetTrans and I want to pull the enum value on the TransType field.  Can this be accomplish in the designer interface or do I need to write code?

    Hi Jeff,

When you export the entity, the integer values will be replaced by the name. Can you elaborate what you want to achieve here?

Yes thanks, I see now when I export the entity to excel in data management it does translate to the name.  In my scenario though I'm exporting to a table in an Azure database but it's placing the integer value into the field in the Azure table.  When I published the entity to the Azure database it created the field as an int datatype.  I suppose this is the case because the staging table for this entity also has this field setup as in int.   How to I translate this field to the enum name?

Field setup on the staging table in Dynamics.
    Staging table: TransType field
