AX2012 - You cannot delete all allowed warehouses from user

    Good Afternoon,

When creating a new warehouse the user accidentally checked Use Warehouse Management Processes. Now we are unable to uncheck the box and when we try to delete the warehouse we receive the message:
You cannot delete all allowed warehouses from user.

Since it is a new warehouse there aren't any transactions against it. I checked the InventDim table and no records exist that use the new warehouse inventlocationid.

    Any ideas for either:
    A. Unchecking Use Warehouse Management Processes
    B. Deleting the warehouse entirely

    Thank you,
    Barclay

You can't change the checkmark, so you'll have to delete the warehouse and start over.

I would check two things based only on the text of the error message:
    - You link allowed warehouses to a warehouse worker when you create the warehouse worker.  You'll have to check the default warehouse and other allowed warehouses to see if that warehouse you want to delete is listed.
    - You create a warehouse location with the same value as your warehouse worker ID in each warehouse that is warehouse managed when you create the worker.  Check your warehouse location table to identify and delete any user locations created in that warehouse.  Actually, check for any locations.
