Team, I have  access my credit collections setup credit and collections parameters -credit-credit management statistics  and included my parameters.  I than  reviewed the credit statistics in the customer master for the DSO  and there is a negative dollar amount .   There were no credits issued for this customer . Do you know why this happens? Is there something I am missing?

We went live with Credit and Collections back in October and no one answered my questions either... I have no clue why I have negative info in my statistic information either. That is the one field that has never changed...

The other information does update correctly, as far as I can tell, but this is one field that does not seem to work

Have you tried changing the inputs?  Try 1 and 2 and see what changes.  6 and 12 should work.  Do you have Sales order invoices or just Free Text Invoices on your customer balances?
