    Hello,

Does someone already got this message when executing a Bank rec: "error executing code: logarithm of zero or of a negative value"?

    Thanks

Hello, We just started seeing this error now too.  Were you able to find a solution?

We had that error too, sent a message to SKG and they said the error pops up when you try to create empty statements, i.e. no transactions on them. You can disable creating statements if there are no transactions in the TAS parameters under Electronic Bank Reconciliation "Create statements if no transactions".

It doesn't impact the functionality of the bank reconciliation and statement creation.

@Kerstin Newman - Thanks for the info. Did SK indicate that it is a bug that would be fixed in a later version, or if it's just the way it is?

Below is the response I got on the ticket with them. Doesn't look like they'll be able to fix it if it is a MS problem. I just wonder why it shows up recently and hasn't before. We never saw this before upgrading to 10.0.25 in mid-April.

This will not be anything that is fixed with our software as it is a Microsoft error that is being displayed.

If you do not want to create empty statements, you do not have to.  The setting for this is in Treasury Automation Suite parameters as well as being located on each TAS bank account set up, you could just disable them.

@Kerstin Newman - Thanks for the additional info and for saving some time.  We too did not see this prior to 10.0.25.  I will be opening a case with MS Support...

Thank you @Kerstin Newman @David Hoekman for all the information.
We start having this error with version 10.0.23.

We will disable the "Staement creation with no value" in TAS :-)

    Thanks for all

Microsoft has acknowledged the known bug and it should be fixed in 10.0.27 - https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Details?kb=0&bugId=659913&dbType=3
