Good Afternoon,
Depending on what you are wanting to release, there are options. In AX2012R3, the version we are currently on, under the warehouse management module. If you go to Warehouse management > Periodic > Automatic release of sales order. This allows you to release any, and as many, sales orders that are ready for warehouse. Although this is a manual process, it is a lot faster than load planning workbench. The same function is available in D365 as well. It is located in Warehouse management > Release to warehouse. You can also set up a batch job to release "ready for warehouse" sales orders to drop automatically. This
is the automatic release which you could setup as a batch job with a search criteria. This will then released the orders at the regular interval that you specify. This can be handy to avoid a user having to manually release orders.Check out this link

Subject: Automatic release to warehouse for a Load
Good afternoon,
Is there a way to automatically release to warehouse a Load? Apparently, the only way to accomplish that is to manually "Release to Warehouse" an outbound Load through the Load Planning Workbench.
I am looking for a feature similar to "Process outbound shipments" menu.
Thanks in advance,
Pierluigi
