  • 1.  Tracking Vendor Issues

    As a company we have never had a program in place to track issues that we have with our vendors in AX.  I have been asked to come up with this plan and trying to avoid just creating a massive spreadsheet that everyone would have to track issues.  From my brief research I have found a few different places in AX to do this; Cases, Non-Conformance and vendor ratings/scorecards.  Any suggestions from others on what you have done that worked well?

    We are on AX 2012 r3 and use it throughout the company; accounting, sales, purchasing, warehouse, ect...
