    All,

          I am working on getting our data upgrade to D365 working.   I keep getting stuck on Step 5 of the Pre-Upgrade.   This step is called AdditiveSync and it looks like it does a special database synchronization to have enough of the D365 data schema to start the servers and perform the actual data upgrade.

          Ours fails with a number of errors like the following:
    CREATE FULLTEXT INDEX ON DBO.INVENTTABLE (NAMEALIAS) KEY INDEX I_175RECID WITH CHANGE_TRACKING = Auto;
    ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: 'I_175RECID' is not a valid index to enforce a full-text search key. A full-text search key must be a unique, non-nullable, single-column index which is not offline, is not defined on a non-deterministic or imprecise nonpersisted computed column, does not have a filter, and has maximum size of 900 bytes. Choose another index for the full-text key.

          Looking at this error it looks to me like there is an ObjectID issue.  It is trying to create an index with column NameAlias but the index name references RecID.   It fails because NameAlias is not unique(which it is not).  When I look in other D365 environments,  that Index contains only RecID.

           Has anyone seen this before?   Is this because the Pre-Upgrade checklist I ran in AX2012 didn't correctly copy ObjectIDs?   I would greatly appreciate any insight anyone could provide.

          A few notes about our upgrade:
    • This is SYS/SYP layer data only;  I deleted all the upper layers in AX2012 before I started this process
    • I have tried both 10.7 and 10.9 versions of the upgrade package with the same results
