We are having performance problems with D365 F&O On-Premise. Often users' navigation between pages takes up to 90 seconds. It is not one particular page - once the problem begins, all pages are equally as slow. The problem seems to appear out of nowhere - everything is running fine and then it suddenly becomes incredibly slow. Not all users experience problems at the same time - I've had my session running horribly slow while a colleague across the hall is having no problems. The only work-around we have found is that the user will need to delete cookies, refresh the page and then log in again. This fixes the problem 90% of the time, when it doesn't try the same routing and add closing the browser.
When the problem is present, performance on the servers is completely normal. We have 3 AOS servers with between 5-15 users logged in on average. All 3 have 24GB ram and 4 CPUs. The SQL server has 32GB ram and 4 CPU. I have tried to isolate AOS servers to see if one of them was faulty, but the inconsistent problem happens consistently on all 3 AOS servers. I'm not really sure what else to try.
