Customer Preauthorized payment setup

    ​We would like to consolidate two of our A/R systems and in order to do that we need to setup bank payments for the Accounts receivable module and our customers
    Looking for any help on best ways to setup or things that others have learned from doing this

    Hi Angela,

    Can you provide some more background information? What systems are you currently using? Do you need a complete new setup in AX2012 or Dynamics 365? Or are you in the need to merge systems in an existing live environment?

    ​HI Andre,

    We would like to move a leasing system we currently use into AX 2012 R3.  In order to do this we need to setup the ability to create a file with customer banking information to upload to the bank with the payment information monthly.  I see fields on the customer for bank information similar to how we use Electronic payments on Vendors, just wondering if others use it and how easy it is and if anyone has any recommendations or good setup documents

    Hi Angela,

    In my country, multiple end-users are using the A/R side for collecting the invoice amounts using SEPA direct debits. In this case we need to provide the system with mandate information as addition to the setup we have on the A/P. All other A/R setup is equal to the A/P setup. I'm not sure what format you need in your country for direct debit electronic files.
