We are upgrading to D365 on January 1st and one feature I haven't figured out is the embedded BI. When looking at a set of dashboards like Financial Analysis ' Current Company I can edit a tab like the financial overview and duplicate it, rename it, and create new visuals on the page. When I save I can see it and so can those with a similar role or admin access but others can't see it. Similarly when my team builds a tab they can see it, admin can see it, and some others can see. What is the trick to editing and having others be able to view? Is there only a specific security role that when using allows veryone to see new / modified tabs?
Any insight would be appreciated! Not a critical tool but I think it will be really useful if we can create dashboards for our different financial areas to review during the month.
