We are currently working on migrating from Dynamics AX R3 to D365.

We have migrated our data from R3 to a UAT environment in D365.

We are running into an issue when we do the "Create Collection letters" process, where it is not advancing to the next collection letter sequence.

I am running by "Collection per customer", Invoice set to "Yes". The problem is it is not looking at the prior collection letter that was posted on the customer's account.
ie. Customer A has Collection letter 1 posted on 09/15/2021, balances are still outstanding, the next collection letter dated 10/15/2021 should be Collection Letter 2, instead it is generating Collection letter 1 again.
The (09/15/2021) collection letter 1 was done and posted in AX R3 and is showing in "Collection letter journal" on the customer's account. See attached screenshot.
Its like D365 is not recognizing the data we have migrated from R3.

Has anyone come across this issue when they moved from R3 to D365?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
