    Good morning,

    We are trying to process a return and create a replacement order.  I'm able to create the return, register the item, and from the return line, use the replacement option.  However, when I try to do the packing slip I get the following error.

    Field Mode of delivery must be filled in.

    When I created the return, it asked for a mode of delivery and I filled it in, but I still get the error.

    I also added the mode of the delivery field onto the form using a personalization but it is grayed out.

    Any ideas on what I've missed?

    Hello Sam,

    When you created the RMA and the replacement order was presented, did you check the sales order header to make sure the MOD was there?
    Our sales/replacement orders are set up to pull in the MOD from the primary account, however it is sometimes missing, so I train people to always check the sales order header
    for this and a couple of other things.

    Hi Robert,

    Yes, I checked those things, but it still gave me the error.

    We actually decided to do the replacement order a different way since we had to get a replacement item out to the customer.
