Back into actual lead times

I'm new to DAX and I'd like to pull po create dates and match them to receipt dates by item number to back into real lead times.  Any suggestions on the best way to go about this?  Of course I'm looking to do this over a range of sku's rather than one at a time.

Based on the version you are using there may be a specific report for this but there are options that should work in any AX or D365 Finance and Operations instance.
The solution is based on the assumption that you would be recording the 'Created date' on the InventTrans Table.
From the Inventory module you should be able to view the Transactions Inquiry and by filtering on Purchase transactions and taking the difference between the Physical date (receipt) and the Created date you should get a fairly good idea of the lead time. You should be then able to pivot table this in Excel and/or calculate the average lead time for the product. If you have different lead times by site and/or vendor then this will need to be taken into account.
This will only help if you are purchasing Items or Services with the 'Stocked product' site to yes in the Inventory Model Group. If you are using purchasing categories rather than products you may be able to do a similar query using Purchase lines?

    Best of luck...
