Has anyone ever set up automatic emailing of credit notes to customers?
We create credits in a few different spots: as sales order credits, as free text invoices, and through the RMA process (which really is sales order credits). We have tried playing around with the print management to set it up in a way that it should email (set up a specific purpose for an email contact) when the invoice amount is <0, however, that doesn't seem to work, and I am not sure what other ways there are short of customizing the code. Any ideas?We're in D365 F&O on 10.0.20, upgrading to .22 in the next month.
