End User Test Execution in Dev Ops?

Hello All, Has anyone found or built an easy user interface for business end-users to conduct test cases from Dev Ops Test Plan? We tried giving them Test Manager licenses and they found it confusing and difficult to interact with. We asked our FastTrack architect and they recommended a PowerApp which we are a little reluctant to try. What is everyone using for end-user test execution tracking? We require SOX Compliance so it is important that the end-users are logged in with their credential to mark test cases as passed. Many thanks in advance!

Can you please elaborate what type of settings have you tried so far in Devops and what is confusing for the end users and difficult to interact with?
How have you build the test cases in DevOps, have you used task recorder [ for D365 F&O]? Any other automation tool you have tried for comparison?
What are the challenges you are looking to overcome with use of PowerApps?
What are the permissions are you trying to setup?

Please check the below link which outlines the permissions, users, and groups in Azure DevOps

    Hello,

In my company we use devopps for UAT and found it very convenient.
I believe not many people have a "test manager" license.  Only the ones creating the test plan have this license (the actual "test manager", one per domain).
Business users just access "work items" and can filter the test cases which are relevant to them.

    I hope this helps!

    Regard,

    Alexandra
