I have one of my clients asking about process mapping software for Dyanmics, I am not familiar with any so recommendations would be appriciated.

Note: they are looking at this as part of a project to implement RPA and from what I have read it seems to work well.

Yes sorry to many acronyms. They will be implementing a robotic process automation tool but prior to doing this want to implement a process mapping solution so they can analyze how things work first. Was looking for recommendations on a good business process mapping tool?

Is "business process mapping" similar to "business process modeling"?  If so, LCS has a Business Process Modeler included.  Have you looked at that yet?

Thanks for the feedback, I believe the technology behind it is called process mining. But it is supposed to be able to visually map a business process so you can see where you are losing time and money. Apparently, it is quite common when companies look at RPA.

I had this company recommended to me as they are apparently newer in the space and offering a more affordable solution, anyone heard of them and can provide feedback on their experience?
