Customer Account Statement with Multiple Legal Entities

We are looking to print a customer account statement per legal entity.  We just moved to D365 and started using multiple legal entities and centralized payment. Our customers have the same account number in both entities and we are using the party ID to link the accounts.  We are trying to only show the information for the one legal entity, not multiple on the account statement.  Does anyone know how to set this up as a standard feature?

    Hi Sarah,

Try setting the company range on the criteria filter under "records to include". Select/deselect the companies you wish to include.

AR > Inquires and reports > Customers > Customer account statement

    Click on Filter:

Click on Company range - select/deselect the desired companies

    Hope this helps!
