    Hoping to get some guidance on a couple of things -
    1. How can I add or modify project costs after a project has been created?
    2. Is there a report that will show budget vs actual project costs?

    Hi Rachel,

    Can you explain your first question? When you create a project itself there are no costs yet. Or do you want to know how to make corrections after a posting?
    Yes, there are various reports and statistics forms where you can view the project budget versus actual costs.

    Sorry, I should have been more specific on my first question - I meant adjusting a project budget after a project has already been created? Sometimes a budget gets modified at a later date and we'd like to have the most accurate approved budget loaded into AX, so would like to know how we can make adjustments to existing project numbers and add to it?

    Hello Rachel,
    Before posting:
    Defined the Actual Cost in Budget with different Categories .Their is another way: defined  revision Budget  if you want update the actual Cost which one defined before

    After posted: Only Adjustment option , we have where we can updated the posted cost only.

    Report: Project budget Balance ,where you can view Actual budget, Commitment ,Consumed Budget and Remaining Budget Balance
               Project consumption (actual vs. budget)

    PMA->Inquire and Report->
