Workline remains in process status

    ​​Hello!
    After processing work orders with the mobile device with the same worker, the work line status remains in process instead of closed, as shown in the following image:
    Work line status not updated to closed
    We had several works in this case today, any thoughts on how to solve this issue will be appreciated.

    I had one of my experts look at this, I hope this helps.

    A work order could include purchase orders, transfers and receipts, replenishment, or return orders. The menu item will only process work for the specified type of work order. For example, if you configure a Pallet Picking menu item to process a PalletPick work class, the worker cannot process this work class and a Loading work class.

    Hi Mario,

    I would also check "document routing" and "Document routing layouts" forms in Warehouse Management to see if printer setup is correct. I see that printer step in work template has not been executed. It is still showing status "open"

    Thank you Murat.

    We had to restart every AOS server, and restart SQL server service. Once restarted, we had to reprocess works, cancelling them and releasing again to warehouse. It seemed to be "rollingback transactions".
    Once restarted, worked as expected.
