add ISO-2 country code to shipcarriershippingrequest table for FedEx/UPS international shipping.

Another reason that I hate the fact that Microsoft chose to go with ISO-3 vs ISO-2 country codes with AX 2012.. FedEx and UPS only support 2 character country codes. I am REALLY Surprised that I haven't been able to dig up more info, or more complaints, about it. Anyways, What I am trying to figure out how to do is insert the ISO-2 country code in to another column on the ShipCarrierShippingRequest Table that I can point fedex and ups to when trying to ship internationally. I would have to presume that there has to be some kind of translation / cross reference from the sales line table record using the "this.CountryRegionId" field?

Depending on how your FedEx and UPS are set up, you could map the 3-character code to the 2-character code in the Integration Manager.  That is how FedEx and UPS set ours up.  If Microsoft changes the 3-digit code, you'll have to update the mapping.  Depending on your version, you may have an Organization administration tab > Setup > Address setup > Country/region and that shows the ISO 2-digit character code you could use to reference if you change the code in the ShipCarrier tables.  But seems easier just to do the mapping; then you don't have to worry much about Microsoft changing code.

The ISO-2 code is in the countryregion table, for which countryregionid is the primary key. So you just have to join in that table, and show the other column.

As Tony mentioned below Dynamics contains both 3-digits ISO and 2-digits ISO country codes, they are also visible through the UI on the Country/Region form.
