Support Process - Request Types/On going maintenance

    I'm part of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation team for my company and one of the things we are trying to define now is:
    - when we go live what are the possible Request Types/On-going maintenance that can be requested by the user community
    I want to put a list together with this information so we can properly separate responsibilities (who will be doing what) and also know how we will set up our Service Now Catalog/Request Types for Production Support.  This is for Enhancements and Maintenance only, not for Incidents.
    Have you gone through this process or do you have any suggestion?
