Third party Invoice Integration Performance

    I have one third party integration, which is posting invoices to ERP. Since last few days, the posting process is taking hell of time to post a single invoice. Digging alot on my integration code, found that some ERP tables are main culprits for the delay. Can you let me know the how can I improve the performance of following tables

    One issue might be SQL index fragmentation.   I have seen a similar issue and was able to resolve it by reindexing the tables.
