Anyone have any ideas on getting a QO for multiple receipts on a single purchase order line?

For example:  Receive 20 of 40 units of one purchase order line.  Quality order created for 40 units.
Receive the balance of 20 units next day or later and no quality order is created.  Would like to have a second QO created for the balance receipt.

    Thanks.

    Hi Trent,
Just want to clarify what you are asking. Are you trying to get One quality order that fulfills both receipts and is only generated when the first 20 are received or are you trying to get two QO's, each for 20, generated at time of receipt?

If you're referring to the second situation, then you just control this with your Item sampling setup. You can set the QO to be created based on a Fixed quantity or a percentage. If you use percentage and set to 100%, and you do not have "Full blocking" selected, and then go ahead and check the "Per updated quantity" selection then the QO will be generated for the total quantity received on the line, not the quantity on the PO line itself.

Completely missed that setting, thanks.  The per quantity setting worked perfect.

    Thanks so much.
