Looking for a label printing company that uses D365 F&O

    We currently use AX 2012 Feature Pack and are going to be doing a new implementation to D365.  We are wanting to speak to a label printing company to discuss how they use the software, how it works for them, what limitations they have experiences, or where the software has been helpful in their manufacturing processes.  We are interested in Job Registration, conversions of products in the manufacturing process, and all areas of production use.  We found many weaknesses in AX 2012 in this area, and want to better understand the advances that are in  place in D365.

    If you have any insight in this area, we would appreciate a conversation to help us make correct decisions for our organization.   Thank you.

    Hi Jennifer,
    I thought I would respond just in case it helps or leads to further conversation.  Are you looking to print 'shipping' labels or product/shelf labels?  Dynamics 365 F&O does have a capability to print product labels using the 'Retail' module.

    The above link is for AX 2012 R3, but the same functionality exists in D365.

    Thank you for the response Peter.  We are a manufacturer of labels. We convert material stock into printed product for end user.  I want to speak to a manufacturer to better understand D365 and any challenges that it brings for this industry.  Our team believes we have identified some obstacles, but want to speak to someone else using the platform to see if they can share any additional insight into solutions that may be available to solve the problems.
