If you retain copies of SOs that are deleted in Voided Sales orders, as
@Phil Dawson mentions, you have a chance, because the record fields are mapped to a container field.
Attached is what I use (AX2009). Depending on the state of your SO lines, you may have to tinker with the line qty values and associations with InventTrans related records. As usual, model in test.

Subject: User accidentally deleted a Sales Order
Has anyone had to restore a sales order from backup?
Someone accidentally deleted an SO from our PRD environment and there is an open invoice against that SO. I'm thinking that we would somehow restore the SalesTable and SalesLine records from backup for that SO. But are there other tables that we would also have to restore records to? (We are on AX 2012 R2.)
