Our company has implemented the New Dynamics 365 for financials right now but we are starting to implement full Operations. Does anyone know of any certification courses, preferably T/L, for the new Dynamics 365?

I believe this is the cert you are looking for: Exam MB6-892: Microsoft Dynamics AX Distribution and Trade

If you do a web search for that exam number you should find courses that are offered.

I'm looking for something similar but for manufacturing. We are in the process of implementing AX7. I didn't see anything in the list of exams. There's Lean Manufacturing for 2012 but that's not the version we are installing and AX7 is a completely different interface.

    Hi Craig,

I was told that Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Trade and Logistics, Exam MB6-703, was the one to take because it has the same functionality as AX7

As Scott mentioned the Exam MB6-892: Microsoft Dynamics AX Distribution and Trade is the most current exam and training available for AX7 / D365, and although the interface is different much of the training materials for AX 2012 R3 are still relevant as the overall functionality remains the same.

Expectation is that additional training for D365 will surface once the dust has settled from all the recent changes.

Also, if you have a CustomerSource account, there are e-learning courses available that cover everything you would need to know to obtain a certification in AX. In fact, the courses are named the same as what is recommended on the bottom of the certification page. They don't take too long to watch and they're pretty good. If your company has a CustomerSource account, I would definitely recommend going that route.

Kelly is correct here. CustomerSource has several easy-to-use e-learning materials, stored on the Imagine Academy site. However there are also separate video training courses which compliment the certification exams. These are used by Microsoft Trainers when we deliver on-site training. We can certainly help here. Please let me know if this would be of interest to you and I would be happy to quote for a package.

    Best regards,

Customer Source is an excellent place to take the interactive training to help you become proficient. it is often overlooked, and that is a shame because it has really become a great tool
