Is there anyone who has configured the Credit and Collections module to calculate Days Sales Outstanding in Dynamics?

Hi Johnny,

I have done this with several customers now. The screenshot you shared above is the preliminary setup done in Credit and collections parameters. On the customer, you can find this information in the Related Information tab on the right side of the screen. 


You will have to refresh it to see the information, but it will provide it on the spot.

Are there detail instructions for executing these steps below to ensure the DSO gets populated in the fields above?  I believe these are preliminary steps necessary for the DSO calculations.
 1). Credit and collections>Periodic tasks>Credit management>Update risk scores
 2). Credit management>Periodic tasks>Calculate balance statistics.
