Join the Atlanta Chapter Team! Plan agendas, propose educational topics, and help your AX peers network.
Our leader here is currently looking to add the following roles:
VP of Membership
- Welcomes attendees, updates attendance reports and submits back to Chapter Coordinator
- Generates creative ideas to drive User and Partner attendance
- Help initiate networking at the meetings
- Participates in Chapter Leadership calls and training when possible
VP of Communication
- Oversees communication to members at a local level via Collaborate, social media, etc.
- Assists in driving attendance by utilizing the membership directory and connecting with partners and ISVs
- Documents activities of meetings, presenters and topics, and records Chapter history
- Submits summary of meeting for User Group Magazine (photos are great!)
- Participates in Chapter Leadership calls and training when possible
VP of Programming
- Keeps informed of changes to the Microsoft product roadmap or is updated on the latest and
greatest in the product offerings
- Helps find and selects subject matter experts who can help present
- May recommend the first draft of the agenda for the next meeting
- Stays abreast Chapter membership for priorities, topics, programming, “Knows what members want.”
- Liaises with local partners and subject matter experts to understand their knowledge, skills, and
- Participates in Chapter Leadership calls and training when possible
