Happy New Year! Last year, it was great to see so many members participating in our meetings. Kurt Beers from Arbela and Glenn McPeak from Data Masons presented very interesting presentations on Manufacturing and EDI. Also, Rachel Profitt and Terry Brandt from RSM conducted very engaging presentations around Accounts Receivable and Collections in Dynamics 365F&O and Microsoft Power BI.
In 2019 we will mix it up a little bit in terms of chapter meeting locations and of course topics. We are slated to have two meetings at member locations. One in the North Bay and one in the South Bay. Also, the two additional quarterly meetings are to be held at a new location in downtown San Francisco with easy access by public transportation. The Q1 meeting will be held at this new location. It's called Microsoft Reactor @ 680 Folsom Street in SF. It's a great facility. Please stay tuned for date.
Also, remember to check out our Resource Corner on our SF Chapter website. You can find AX/D365F&O how-to's, great AX/D365F&O blogs, new and free Microsoft Learn, Power BI custom visuals, and application resources such as Power Apps and Flow and more.
Also you can find the Power Point Presentations from Kurt and Glenn uploaded on the site. As well as the Microsoft Dynamics F&O 2018 Release Notes. Another D365F&O release is slated for April 2019. That will be very interesting too.
